CAAFI GENERAL MEETING
REFUND REQUEST FORM 

We have postponed the CAAFI Biennial General Meeting from 02 - 04 June 2025 in Cambridge, MA to a to-be-rescheduled date between October 2025 to no later than January 2026. 

 

We regret that we had to do so.

You can request an immediate refund of the full amount of your registration fee through the form below:

Please note: to keep losses minimized via additional credit card processing fees, we would like to request that you allow repayment via a check, ACH payment, or Zelle.


If the funds need to be returned to a corporate account, and one of the above will not suffice, please select Credit Card Processing, and payment will be made back to your credit card. Please do not file a chargeback request through your card, - the fees are even higher and this is not the same as asking for a credit card refund.

 You can also leave your registration intact, and we will apply it to the rescheduled meeting.

We are fairly certain that returning to a Washington D.C. venue for the rescheduled meeting will likely result in a higher registration fee.

If you leave your registration intact, you will not be charged the higher rate.

In the unlikely event that the meeting is fully cancelled or not rescheduled by January, your registration will be refunded in full.​​​
